this was another project i had to do for my painting class at the college. I had to do a landscape drawing/painting using oil pastels. So I went to the Japanese garden at CSULB and painted what I saw. The paper was an orange canson paper. I had to draw this on a colored paper other than red, green, or white and now I'm kinda glad I did because the orange seeps through a little and gives it that "autumn" look perfect for the season.
I've got a portrait I did in pastels I really liked, but I applied a glossy finish to preserve it so I can't scan it without these really awful reflections showing up . Yours turned out great
